Based out of Cupertino, CA, the heart of the Silicon Valley, Dynamic Ventures has been at the forefront of innovative software development since 1986.
Specializing in the development of software for organizations that incorporate our work into their own product offerings -- marketed under their own company or brand name -- we have completed hundreds of software development projects for many companies, from small start-ups to large corporations such as Cisco Systems, Volkswagen, eBay and GE.
Our culture and work-ethic are based on the Silicon Valley HP way, focusing on high levels of achievement and uncompromising integrity.
Our use of Agile Methodology enables us to focus on the right solution with Faster Development time and lower overall cost. Our engineers communicate directly with our clients through virtual meetings, phone or Skype, and e-mail. We work closely with our clients, effectively becoming part of their company for the duration of the projects, working efficiently to take up a minimum of their time.
A large portion of our work is repeat business and from referrals.
Our Silicon Valley-based leadership team coaches and mentors our engineers to ensure that they stay on track to efficiently deliver quality software that satisfies the real needs of our clients.
Itzak coaches and mentors the teams to do what makes the most sense for each project. Quang works closely with our Vietnamese teams to ensure that our engineer's time and expertise is efficiently used. With Quang's help, our Vietnamese teams are able to utilise their strong technical expertise to deliver quality code in weeks that could have taken months or years for typical programmers. Born and raised in Vietnam, Quang studied in the US and graduated with BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illnois - Urbana Champaign. She has been working as a software engineer and team leader at Silicon Valley companies like Agilent, IBM and Luxtron.
We recruit the top software engineers. Most of our programmers have masters degrees. Some have a PhD, or are pursuing a PhD.
For example, the typical programmer at the Count Things SRL office in Romania has graduated from a specialized Computer Science High School before earning a undergraduate and masters degrees in Computer Science from Transylvania University.
Both the university and the high-school are extremely competitive, accepting only the top students to their programs.
The typical programmer at our Vietnam team completed training at APTECH center following their graduation from a top Vietnamese university, like the Hanoi University of Technology or Vietnam National University.
Some of our engineers in Vietnam have completed their Masters Degree in Western European countries under special scholarships targeted towards top students. Some of the complex graphics and image processing software components programmed by our Vietnamese team in weeks would have taken month or years for a typical programmer in the US.
